A stunning George VI vintage oak desk with extendable drop leaf.
Featuring five generous drawers with beautiful brass cupped handles stamped “GR”, extendable panel to the right hand side should you need a slightly larger work space.
Stamped GR VI and a crown to the underside indicating it was produced at the time of King George VI – between 11 December 1936 and 1952.
An exceptional vintage desk that would make a stunning addition to any home. Its timeless style and practicality ensure that it will continue to be a sought-after piece for many years to come.
In fantastic refinished vintage condition, still retaining it’s aged patina. There are some marks to the top and ink stains to the drawer interiors. Please take a look at the photographs for more details of the desks condition.
