Mid Century Teak Sideboard by Vanson
£895.00
In stock
A beautifully crafted mid-century teak sideboard by Vanson Furniture, a British maker known for its superb craftsmanship and Danish inspired design. Produced in the 1960s, this is a rarer model – a wonderful example of the clean lines, thoughtful detailing and enduring quality that made Vanson one of the most respected names in British mid-century furniture.
Vanson’s designs combined precision joinery with a subtle Scandinavian influence, favouring simple forms and tactile materials over ornamentation. This sideboard perfectly captures that approach – the rich teak grain is beautifully balanced by sculpted recessed handles and rounded legs, giving it a warm yet contemporary feel.
Inside, there’s a felt-lined cutlery drawer to the right, shelving and generous storage throughout – practical, elegant and impeccably made.
Presented in excellent vintage condition with only minor age-related signs of use. A timeless piece of British craftsmanship that’s both functional and highly collectible.
